"Pretty easy to use overall"
As someone who just wants to jump into my games without messing around too much, this works well for me. I can get to my games easily, and my downloads show up like they should. The library does load slowly sometimes, which is a little annoying, but it still works fine overall.

"Pretty Good Support"
I thought the cross support was good overall—actually, I’d say better than I expected. It felt sturdy and did what I needed it to do without any issues.

"Fast help, just a small hiccup"
I was really glad support got back to me so quickly, and they were easy to deal with. I’ll admit the login issue was frustrating at first since I couldn’t get into my account, but they fixed it way faster than I expected. Overall, I’m happy with the experience

It loads fine for me and I haven’t really had any problems with it. Maybe I just caught it at a good time, because when things act up it usually feels more like bad timing than anything else.

"Worth it for more Skyrim and Fallout"
I’ve picked up a bunch of Creation Club stuff on bethesda.net , and overall I’ve been happy with it . The quality was better than I expected . Most of the quests , armor , and small add ons feel like they belong in the game instead of being random extra bits . A couple things took a little while to show up after downloading , but it wasn’t a big deal . For me , it’s been worth it when I just want more Skyrim or Fallout content without having to mess around too much . Easy 5 stars from me .

I’ve been using Bethesda for mods, it’s been solid. Most of my load order plays nice together, and I’ve barely had any crashes lately. It’s also easy enough to manage, so I really don’t have much to complain about.

"Worked in the end, but took a bit"
I bought a game code and it did work, so that was good. The redemption process was maybe a little more confusing than I expected, and it felt kind of slow at times. I got it sorted out in the end, but it wasn’t exactly the smoothest experience.

"Refund Went Through, But the Process Could Be Clearer"
I cancelled an order on bethesda and requested a refund. It did eventually go through, but the whole process felt a bit unclear at first. I wasn’t sure what step I was on or how long I should expect to wait, which was frustrating. Support got back to me after a couple of days, and the money came back later, so at least it was handled in the end. Still, for the hassle and the waiting around, I do feel like some kind of compensation or at least a small goodwill credit would’ve been fair. Not a terrible experience, but definitely not as smooth as it should be.

I’m not sure why anyone would make a big deal out of it. My code came through quickly, I used it without any problems, and everything worked like it was supposed to.

"Pretty solid overall"
I’ve been happy with bethesda so far. I’ve gotten a good amount of playtime out of the games, and the deals are nice when they show up. For what I paid, it feels like I got my money’s worth. Nothing major to complain about, honestly.

"Saved my game, so I’m not complaining"
I had to reinstall one of my games and I was sure my save was just gone forever, because that’s usually how these things go for me. Logged back into bethesda and somehow my data synced back without me really doing much. The first load took a bit, which made me think it wasn’t working, but then it was fine after that. So I guess it works well enough because it saved me a bunch of time.

"I had been putting this off for…"
I had been putting this off for a while because anything involving old email addresses and game accounts usually turns into a whole thing. I still had an older email tied to my Bethesda stuff, and I figured linking it with my Xbox was going to be annoying or take forever. Surprisingly, the steps were easy to follow, and I didn’t really run into any weird issues. I even ended up unlinking another account I don’t use anymore while I was at it, and that worked fine too. Overall, it was a lot smoother than I expected.

"Easy enough to get around"
bethesda was simple for me to use. I could find games, mods, and my account stuff without having to dig around forever. The menus are straightforward, so I didn’t really run into any headaches. I mean, maybe if you’re looking for something super specific… but for normal browsing, it felt easy enough.

bethesda literally opens fast every time I use it. The pages don’t just sit there loading forever, which is great when I’m just trying to check something quickly and move on.

"Pretty good about keeping people in the loop"
I do appreciate that Bethesda usually lets us know when there are outages or changes happening. It’s not perfect every single time, and some of the confusion feels avoidable, but I don’t usually feel like I’m left completely guessing. Most days the updates are easy to understand and come through fairly quickly
